1. Orders & Payment

All Ready-to-Wear (RTW) pieces are offered on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required to confirm your order. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment verification.

Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Production Timeline

RTW pre-orders require 7–14 working days for production, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom and couture timelines vary depending on design and will be discussed prior to confirmation.

Clients will be notified once their order is ready for shipping or pick-up.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees apply to Standard Shipping orders and must be included in the total payment. Lalamove or Grab deliveries are to be arranged and settled separately by the client.

Raina Novales is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the order has been dispatched to the courier.

4. Custom & Couture Orders

Custom and couture pieces are made based on the measurements, specifications, and preferences provided by the client. Once design details are finalized and payment is made, no cancellations or major changes may be accommodated.

Minor variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to fabric availability and lighting differences.

5. No Cancellations or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once payment has been made, as each piece is produced upon confirmation.

6. Product Representation

We strive to present our pieces as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Raina Novales and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Privacy

Client information provided during purchase is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and communication purposes.
